And, as a busy guy, I use the slow cooker a lot (make it the night before, put it in the fridge; next morning into the base unit and turn it on and then dinner is ready when we all get home that night).

I'm a little stuck on simple and these are a bit complex for my busy day cookbook, but there are several good recipes here, and if I were a real cook, I'd probably like them more...
I've always loved Mediterranean food and this book provides so many recipes that make my stomach start growling just from reading the descriptions! I'm in for a real treat and can't wait!
This book is full of delicious and nutritious recipes that are easy to cook. The directions are easy to follow and the recipes use easy to find ingredients. I can't wait to try every single one of them!
I love Mediterranean food and when I saw this slow cooker cookbook specializing in Mediterranean food I was psyched! I was not disappointed either, the recipes are delicious.
Mediterannean diets are awesome and with so much variety you could be lost, thats when authors like sarah serve a great cause by putting out the information required at the right moment.. The bok is formatted right and pleasing on the eyes as well as being very informative
I chose a high rating because these recipes a favorable and easy to prepare. Using a slow cooker with these recipes brings out the Mediterranean flavors I recommend this book because of the new recipes I found in the book the pork with couscous and the Mediterranean stew is a must try
My family and I absolutely LOVE Mediterranean food - from Greek to Turkish, Italian to Moroccan we're crazy about it - but it takes time and attention so we haven't been able to have it regularly with our crazy schedules. But with this slow cooker book I see more Mediterranean dishes in out future... Yeah!!
